HEATHER PECK

VICE PRESIDENT, HUMAN RESOURCES, FUTURITY FIRST FINANCIAL CORPORATION

 

Heather is responsible for many activities and initiatives, including employee recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, training and performance management, while helping our company maintain a positive and supportive culture and truly become a best-in-class organization. Heather has 17 years and brings experience from her many roles, including Director of HR at Cigna and HR Manager at Hartford Life.

William A. Malloy

CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

Mr. Malloy has worked in the financial services industry since 1980. Prior to joining Aquiline Capital Partners in 2008, he was the president of Marsh Inc. where he was responsible for the firm's worldwide operations. During his eleven years at Marsh, he also served as the CEO of Marsh's European/Middle East region and as head of the firm's worldwide Financial and Professional practice. Prior to joining Marsh, Mr. Malloy held various underwriting positions with AIG, eventually assuming responsibility for AIG's European Financial Lines business. He began his career with Chubb and Son Insurance Company. Mr. Malloy is the chairman of Futurity First Financial Corporation and serves on the boards of directors of Group Ark Insurance Holdings Ltd., WRM America Holding Company, and TigerRisk Partners LLC. He earned a B.S. degree in management and communications from Fairfield University.

 

 

BRUCE DONALDSON

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, FUTURITY FIRST FINANCIAL CORPORATION

 

Bruce joined Futurity First Financial Corporation in 2016 and serves as its Executive Vice President and Director. Prior to FFFC, Bruce was a Managing Director at Macquarie Capital, an investment bank, where he was responsible for debt and equity investments, M&A transactions, and the management of private company investments. Previously, Bruce held various financial, business, and legal positions in the US and the UK, focused on the financial services sectors.
