As President of IFN, Jacob Stern oversees the company’s sales, operations and overall corporate strategy. With over seventeen years of experience in similar industries, Jacob possesses a strong background of business planning, project development, client management and team leadership. His skills and knowledge, partnered with IFN’s premier product offering, superior customer service and extensive support, allows Jacob to continue his ongoing commitment to ensure the continued success of IFN’s clientele.




As Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Brian Schneier has taken his knowledge and years of experience in the insurance field and helped position Imeriti as one of the top insurance marketing organizations in the industry. Not only does Brian serve as IFN’s EVP and CMO, but he also serves as a Life Advisory board member at Allianz Life. Recognized as an entrepreneur and innovative leader in the life insurance industry, Brian provides a platform for strategic sales and marketing projects vital to the long and short term success of the company. Brian’s business philosophies – high levels of customer service, life insurance knowledge and employee teamwork – are not only consistent with Imeriti’s core values, but also continue to assist Imeriti in building and developing an industry leading sales platform.





As COO/CFO of IFN, Nathan Zuidema runs the day-to-day operations and financials of the company. He oversees new business, contracting, accounting, compliance and suitability while working with his senior leadership team in each area to ensure IFN is providing exceptional service, processing times and protecting advisors business every day. Zuidema started his first marketing organization, RZ Financial, in 2003 from his basement after seeing the industry’s need for a personal approach to agent relationships – the foundation for RZ Financial's growing success. In 2008 he partnered with Ed Prewitt to create RZ Financial Network and continued their growth in annuity and life insurance brokerage. Nathan has served as a member of the Government Relations Committee and now serves on NAFA’s Board of Directors Executive Committee and the NAFA PAC board. In 2012 the Wright County Economic Development Partnership honored Nathan with its Outstanding Entrepreneur of the Year Award.




Ed Prewitt, Senior Vice President of Imeriti Financial Network, started his career in 1988 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Joining LifeUSA Insurance Company, Ed served as one of the lead trainers and traveled the United States training thousands of agents and representatives on annuity and life products. From 1989 to 2003, Ed continued to work with the field and recruit many of the top Field Marketing Organizations and their staff for LifeUSA and Allianz Life. During this time he held different titles which included Regional Sales Director, National Sales Director, Regional Vice President and Vice President of Marketing while overseeing the Western Region and Midwest Regions for LifeUSA and Allianz Life. In 2003, Ed decided to start his own business and joined Brokers International as their VP of Marketing while starting his own Marketing Organization. During this time Ed met Nathan Zuidema and the two joined forces in 2008 creating RZ Financial Network. In 2013 Ed and Nathan merged RZ Financial Network with Imeriti creating IFN. Ed now serves as SVP with responsibilities of recruiting new partnerships, focusing in on top producers and expanding relationships with current partner shops.
